• Phone home support – If you do experience a problem, NexGen’s phone home capabilities will alert our customer support staff immediately, getting help on the way. A support ticket will be created automatically, letting you focus on the right things.
• Secure remote support – All remote monitoring and troubleshooting of your system is done across a secure connection. The security of your environment and your data are top priority.
• Veteran technical support engineers – Based out of our Louisville, Colorado office, our technical support engineers are located alongside our development team for quick problem resolution. • Onsite parts replacement -- Depending on contract level, onsite spare parts are available for the fastest possible hardware replacements. Alternatively, we offer next business day air shipment of any replaceable component.
• Software/firmware upgrades – Customers with a valid support contract take advantage of all ioControl major/minor software and firmware updates. All new features are included, along with deployment of service packs and patches. Upgrade installation assistance is available.
